The IT Cyber Security Analyst II will assist in development of IT Security Standards and Procedures.
Lead, when required, in existing and new security projects and implementation.
As needed, monitor security controls that are related to the daily IT Security Standards Monitoring Procedures, Policy, and Guidelines.
As needed, monitor daily alerts and incidents related to MSSP third party security partner and other security systems within our environment.
Actively participate in FCB security incident responses when necessary.
As needed, monitor daily network activity for violation of IT Security Standards.
Lead, monitor, track, and report in auditing/compliance/pentesting requirements for IT Security Department.
Maintain solid relationship with FCB Security MSSP Vendor, including weekly meetings, new feature awareness, corrections in services issues, etc.
Configure and monitor MSSP applications and portal for optimal benefit in detecting cyber events.
Configure and monitor MSSP applications and portal to alert on events as required to meet security monitoring standards.
Lead installation and coordination of security hardware and applications.
Monitor FS-ISAC and MSSP intelligence feeds for actionable information.
Conduct vendor management security reviews to reflect security standards.
Identify opportunities to optimize current security solutions or acquire others.
Participate in the monitoring and oversight of firewall management and configuration.
Liaison with MSSP for incident response and forensic efforts as necessary.
Assist with business continuity planning and testing.
Monitor, track, and report the resolution of IT-related examination/audit findings.
Provide 24/7 support as necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Cyber Security Five years of demonstrable experience with IT security, IT infrastructure, or IT administration duties with progressive responsibilities, preferably in a financial institution Strong understanding of information security analysis and applying information security, risk management, and privacy practices Strong analytical, verbal, and written skills Demonstrated proficiency of compliance frameworks such as COBIT, COSO, and NIST Ability to meet deadlines while working independently Strong attention to detail Ability to sit in front of a computer for extended periods of time Ability to travel as needed Recommended Skills Administration Analytical Attention To Detail Auditing Business Continuity Planning Cash Or Share Options Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
