Promptly greet customers Obtain customer and vehicle information Clearly document vehicle issues and customer concerns Determine and recommend necessary maintenance Prepare an accurate estimate for the cost of services Monitor the service process and update customers frequently Communicate completed services and charges to customers Verify invoices and repair orders We Want to Hear From you If You Have:
