0610 RN ADHC Program DirectorThe ADHC Program Director develops a high level of clinical practice, leadership, and skills to improve/coordinate patient care for specific needs of the adult population.
The practice of this registered nurse is based on knowledge, experience, and research and has a direct impact on patient outcomes and for the facility.
The program director of the ADHC program will:
Screen potential patients for admittance into the ADHC program with the ADHC Social Worker.
Schedule, cancel and change appointments of patients as needed.
Conduct monthly interdisciplinary meetings with ADHC staff, patient and caregiver and complete notes in the CPRS chart.
Discuss admission and discharge criteria as appropriate with the primary care physician.
PPD's will be administered as needed upon admission to the ADHC program as appropriate and yearly thereafter.
Track lunch meals monthly for the kitchen for food purchasing orders.
Enter nursing plan of care at upon admission and at least every ninety days.
Delegate patient care assignments to the ADHC staff at their level of competency each day.
Maintain the integrity and functioning of the Adult Day Health Care Unit and be responsible for the policy and procedures of the ADHC program.
Discuss travel arrangements and provide travel options with the caregivers to provide transportation to and from the ADHC unit.
Demonstrate managerial practices that include effective labor/management partnership and leadership skills.
Demonstrate knowledge of the business office rules for scheduling, consult management, EWL, PCMM assignments, and no show clinic cancellations.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
