Quality Engineer AS9100 Aerospace

Fortune 500 Company located in West Virginia.
US Citizenship is required. Relocation assistance is available.
Responsibilities:
o Determines quality improvement parameters by identifying statistical methods relevant to manufacturing processes
o Establishes statistical confidence by identifying sample size and acceptable error; determining levels of confidence
o Establishes statistical reliability by using mean time before failure, weibull 3-parameter distribution, reliability modeling, and reliability demonstration tests
o Develops experiments by applying full and fractional factorial techniques
o Develops sampling plans by applying attribute, variable, and sequential sampling methods
o Maintains statistical process controls by applying demerit/unit, zone charting, x2 charts for distributions and individual-medial/range for multi-stream processes
o Analyzes data by completing hypothesis, normal distribution, and process capability analysis tests
o Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data; making recommendations

Requirements:
o Mechanical or industrial engineering degree BA/BS degree w/6-10+ years' experience MA/MS degree w/4-7+ years' experience PhD degree w/2-4+ years' experience
o AS9100 knowledge including internal auditing
o 5 years' work experience in an aerospace manufacturing facility

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
