Human Resources Director
Oversees wage and benefit administration and employer/employee relations. Assures accurate record-keeping and maintenance of all personnel files. Acts as resources for Department Managers for disciplinary issues. Plans and organizes employee activities
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (i.e. Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology). Master's degree preferred
SPHR preferred
Experience as an Assistant Director of Human Resources preferred. Must have 5 yrs. experience as a generalist and/or 3 yrs. at a Directors level. Demonstrates ability to work effectively with individuals in all areas of the hospital. Extensive computer experience required
