Motor Vehicle Operator

The incumbent is required to perform the following:
Operates sedans, minivans, vans, pickups and mini buses with up to 15 passengers, which typically have an approximate gross vehicle weight of more than 10,000 pounds and up to 26,000 pounds, skillfully. Transports sick, injured or convalescent patients and is responsible for their comfort and safe conduct to destination. Loads and unloads the vehicle of equipment and ambulatory or wheelchair patients. Performs messenger tasks and parcel pickup and may carry funds for purchase of items or drugs. Incumbent keeps vehicle clean inside and out and checks and tops fluid levels prior to departures and upon returning. Examples of duties required when not operating the vehicles described above are:
grass cutting, snow removal, road clean-up, general labor duties, etc., as directed by the Motor Vehicle Operator Supervisor. Commercial Drivers License is required for the position. Work Schedule:

Experience:

Usually works outside in all weather conditions, the incumbent may be exposed to the danger of emotionally upset and mentally disturbed patients, obnoxious odors, all types of infections, diseases, etc. The incumbent will drive in all types of weather and traffic and could be exposed to possibility of serious accidents. Under emergency conditions, the incumbent may be required to work overtime or be called back for snow removal.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
